WOMEN’S SOCCERFPU knocks off SNHU

Junior midfielder Midori Ono provided the only offense on the day on Saturday afternoon at Larkin Field, as the Franklin Pierce University women’s soccer team picked up a 1-0 win on the road at Southern New Hampshire in Northeast-10 Conference play.

With the win, Franklin Pierce improves to 6-6-2 (4-6-2 Northeast-10).

Junior goalkeeper Casey Cook made a save on the only shot on her goal to pick up the win (6-6-2) and tally her fourth shutout of the season for the Ravens.

The Ravens return to the field on Wednesday, Oct. 26, when they return home to host Le Moyne in a Northeast-10 contest. Game time is set for 4 p.m. in Rindge.
