To the editor:
May I have your vote for Hillsborough County commissioner.
In addition to being your current commissioner, I have over a dozen years experience in county government, both as a county commissioner and as a member of the Hillsborough County Executive Committee. Each year, as a commissioner or Executive Committee member, I have reviewed the efficiency of county departments and have evaluated and passed the annual county budget. As a result of this effort by myself, other commissioners and the county delegation, we have a county government that provides quality services to the citizens. Further, these services have been provided with a low county property tax. Hillsborough County has the lowest per capita county tax of any of the other nine counties.
I know county government and have kept your county property tax low while providing Hillsborough County residents with quality services.
