To the editor:
An open letter to U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte:
Dear Sen. Ayotte: Let’s say that Hillary Clinton wins the White House and you’re re-elected to the U.S. Senate, serving the people of New Hampshire. Will you then do as you’ve said and help advance the process of bringing a new judge to the U.S. Supreme Court? Or will you, as Arizona Sen. John McCain has pledged to do, continue to block the process, no matter who Clinton nominates?
I am one of many New Hampshire voters who anxiously await your answer. Your answer won’t be the single deciding factor for my vote. But we, the people of New Hampshire and the country, deserve an answer from all of our Republican senators as to whether the next Senate will continue its obstructionist path or move our country forward as the Constitution intends and as our citizens deserve.
Your answer, Sen. Ayotte?
Eric Aldrich
