PETERBOROUGH‘SEED’ returns

There will be a second showing of the documentary film “SEED: The Untold Story” at the Peterborough Community Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 22, at 11 a.m.

The film is an award-winning feature length documentary about the dramatic loss of seed diversity and the future of our food. In the last century, 94 percent of our seed varieties have disappeared.

As biotech chemical companies control the majority of our seeds, farmers, scientists, lawyers, and indigenous seed keepers fight a David and Goliath battle to defend the future of our food.

Sponsored by the Cornucopia Project, this is the only screening in New Hampshire at this time.

Tickets are $9 and can be reserved online at www.cornucopiaproject.org.
