After goals by Sylvie Holding and Brooke Ellis , ConVal was in prime position for a win against Souhegan on Thursday, up 2-0 with less than two minutes to play. That was when things fell apart for the Cougars. The Sabers scored twice in rapid succession and the game ended in a 2-2 tie.
Jordan Kania played fantastic at sweeper, according to head coach Dave Springfield.
ConVal (3-9-1) travels to Hollis-Brookline (10-2) today at 4 p.m.
