A missing Bethlehem woman who was allegedly traveling to Jaffrey to visit family has been found in Colebrook, according to police.

Tiffany Bellerose, 42, walked into the Colebrook town hall yesterday afternoon after hearing a news report that she had been missing, said Colebrook Police Chief Stephen Cass, in an interview Wednesday morning.

โ€œShe wanted to let everyone know that she was okay,โ€ said Colebrook, who said Bellerose was in good health. โ€œShe just popped up.โ€

Tiffany had been traveling in the area to visit a friend, according to Cass.

Bellerose had been missing since Sept. 16, according to a press release from the Bethlehem Police Department. Police were alerted of Belleroseโ€™s disappearance on Sept. 19, after she didnโ€™t show up for work the day before.

Bellerose has two daughters โ€“ Patricia and Amanda โ€“ who live in Jaffrey, and a son, Nick, who lives in Francestown.

Patricia told the Ledger-Transcript on Monday that her mother was due to visit the family on the 21st, but never showed up.

Belleroseโ€™s family became more concerned when they werenโ€™t able to reach Tiffany through her cell phone because it was turned off. The family was also concerned because Tiffany did not pick up her most recent paycheck from work.
