Two Antrim residents have been indicted on drug charges by the Hillsborough North Superior Court.
In separate cases, Christopher Eaves, 30, and Megan Collier, 46, will each face one count of possession of a controlled drug.
Eaves is accused of possessing a quantity of the controlled drug fentanyl on April 19 in Manchester. Eaves has been previously convicted of a violation of the law regarding controlled drugs in the past, according to court documents.
Eaves is facing a class A felony, which carries a potential prison sentence of seven and a half to 15 years and up to a $50,000 fine.
Collier is accused of possessing cocaine on July 28 in Manchester. The class B felony carries a potential sentencing of three and a half to seven years in New Hampshire State prison and up to a $25,000 fine.
Dennis Pringle, 21, of Quincy, Massachusetts was indicted on charges of burglary and criminal mischief after he allegedly broke a window and entered a building in Hancock to commit a theft on July 4, 2014.
The burglary charge is a class A felony, punishable by seven and a half to 15 years in state prison and up to a $4,000 fine. Criminal mischief is a class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to a $1,200 fine.
Indictments are not an indicator of guilt or innocence, but show that a grand jury found there was enough evidence of a crime to bring the case to trial.
