For the second straight week, Franklin Pierce women’s golfer Camden Morrison (Millis, Mass.) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference Golfer of the Week while teammate Zoe Yamamoto (Honolulu, Hawaii) has been named the Rookie of the Week, it was announcedTuesday afternoon by the league offices. The marks the second consecutive week the Crimson and Grey have swept the women’s golf weekly awards.
Morrison medaled for the second time in as many weeks as the junior captain shot a (146, +2). She was the clubhouse leader on both days of the Michael Corbett Fall Classic hosted by Gannon University.
Yamamoto tied for sixth place as she shot 155 (+11) in both days, bettering her score by a stroke on the final day of competition. Yamamoto has two top-10 finishes this year.
As a team, the Ravens placed second overall shooting 630 (+54) trailing only the host Golden Knights (617, +41).
