The Cornucopia Project will continue Cool Chefs, its after-school youth cooking program, beginning Sept. 27 at the Peterborough Community Center.
In its second year, Cool Chefs provides students in grades 3 through 6 the opportunity to expand their knowledge of preparing healthy food while working alongside their peers.
Classes for 3rd- and 4th-grade students will be held every Tuesday for five weeks between 3:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. beginning Sept. 27, and 5th- and 6th-grade classes will be held every Thursday for five weeks from 2:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. beginning Oct. 20.
Students attending Peterborough Elementary School or South Meadow School can take an after-school bus directly to the Community Center.
