A Rindge man has been indicted by the Cheshire County Superior Court on a burglary charge.

Zachary J. Cormier, 26, was recently indicted after he was alleged to have knowingly entered a Jaffrey residence that was he was not permitted to enter and committed the crime of theft. The burglary is said to have occurred on or about July 10, 2016.

Samantha Parkhurst, 27, of Antrim, was indicted on a charge of operation after certification: habitual offender. Parkhurst is alleged to have knowingly driven a vehicle on July 24, 2016, as a habitual offender, having previously been convicted twice for operation after revocation.

Jeremi Ham, 30, of Jaffrey, was indicted on a charge of bail jumping, after he knowingly failed to appear at a hearing as required by the conditions of his release.

Indictments are not an indicator of guilt or innocence, but show that a grand jury found there was enough evidence of a crime to bring the case to trial.
