Sylvie Holding scored two goals and assisted on another, and Brooke Ellis scored two more but ConVal fell 5-4 to Milford on Tuesday.
“Tough loss — lots of work to do,” said coach Dave Springfield. The toughest loss may have been goalie Sarah Dauphinais, who left early with an injury and did not return.
ConVal (0-2) travels to Souhegan (1-1) Friday at 4 p.m.
