Two Rivers Community Choir is accepting new singers for the fall semester which will begin Wednesday, Sept. 7.
New and returning singers are welcome to join either of two distinct sessions, one to be held on Wednesdays, the other on Sundays.
No audition or music reading is required for this SATB group. All voices, age15 and up, are welcome to join.
Two Rivers Community Choir is a group of inspired, multi-age singers creating community music for community causes. Their music celebrates myriad cultures and diversity with concerts benefiting area nonprofits.
This semester’s program will include songs from multiple multicultural traditions, as well as arrangements from local and contemporary composers.
Rehearsals will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 7 to 9 p.m., and Sunday, Sept.11, from 3 to 5:30 p.m.
Concerts are scheduled for Nov. 20 in Jaffrey, and Nov. 27 in Peterborough.
RSVP to join either session, or both.
Scholarships are available. No interested singer will be turned away for lack of ability to pay dues.
Family, buddy, and senior discounts are available and students pay half price.
