Trumpet, the fine arts and idea gallery, will feature the works of Mona Adisa Brooks for the month of September.
Brooks is a multimedia artist who searches for the right materials that suit her inspirations and then commences to uncover a piece of work that she says, “has always been there and only had to come to light.”
Her work has been shown in solo, two-person and group shows in cities internationally and is privately collected. Her work is included in the permanent collection at the Renwick Gallery, Smithsonian, in Washington, D.C.
