Dr. James Waller will visit the Toadstool Bookshop in Milford to discuss his new book on Saturday, Aug. 20, at 2 p.m.
As many as 170 million civilians across the world were victims of genocide and mass atrocity in the 20th century.
Determined to offer real solutions to this horrible problem, Dr. Waller, professor of Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Keene State College, has published his fifth book, “Confronting Evil: Engaging Our Responsibility to Prevent Genocide.”
