The 2nd annual Foleytastic Golf Classic Tournament will take place on Friday, Sept. 30 at Crotched Mountain Golf in Francestown with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. The tournament entry fee is $150 per golfer, and includes greens fees, cart, lunch, and prizes.
The money raised will help Patrick Foley of Peterborough, who is recovering from a severe brain injury sustained in a car accident that critically injured him and his wife Lisa. Patrick is currently in a rehabilitation facility in Florida. Lisa splits her time between their home in Peterborough, and with her husband in Florida.
“My daughters and I have been overwhelmed by our community’s support,” Lisa said. “At last year’s golf classic, we’d all hoped and prayed that Pat would be here this year. Sadly, that’s not the case, and why seeing so many people come together for Pat and our family again this year, means more to me than ever.”
