Hours before millions of viewers tuned into the 2016 Olympics in Rio, a couple dozen children gathered at the Jaffrey Public Library to compete in their own events: Olympic torch building, a balloon race, golfing, bowling, hula-hooping, and Frisbee tic-tac-toe.
