Actors’ Circle Theatre will present “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” for their 9th annual Shakespeare in the Park production.
“’A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ is one of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies,” says director Chris McCartie. “This version is set in modern-day Peterborough; the humans are humans, as expected … and the fairies will remain fairies.”
Performances will be held on Aug. 6, 7, 13, and 14 at 5 p.m. in Depot Park.
In case of rain, performances will be held in Bass Hall at the Monadnock Center for History and Culture.
Free concessions will be available. Donation will be gratefully accepted.
This event is free and open to the public. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
