Village Harmony, the teen world music singing ensemble, will present a concert at the First Church in Jaffrey on Saturday, Aug. 6, at 7:30 p.m.
The program will include a wide range of harmony singing from around the world. Co-director Patty Cuyler will lead the group in shape-note songs and music from the Balkans and Caucasus Georgia; Bongani Magatyana will lead folk song and dance from his native Capetown, South Africa; and Village Harmony veteran Lysander Jaffe will direct Renaissance pieces.
Suggested admission at the door is $10, $5 for students and seniors.
