Reader Bob Brooks sent us these pictures he tracked down of the 1923-24 Wilton basketball team, which would go on to win the Monadnock Interscholastic League title in 1925. In the team photo are: Coach Howard Mason, Peters (unsure of his first name) Donald Ward and Leo LaCasse. In the front row with the trophy is Alfred Dougherty and Roger Sullivan (Brooks’ grandfather) with the basketball. At far right is Sullivan, who went on to deliver the Transcript for many years.
