Linda Tiernan Kepner will visit the Toadstool Bookshop to discuss her latest vampire tale “Living with Vampires” on Saturday, May 28, at 2 p.m.
As a child, she developed a love for genre fiction — science fiction, mystery, fantasy, and romance — but not much was available to her in the “serious northern” New York state where she grew up. So, resourceful as ever, she wrote her own.
So far she has published eight novels: two science fiction, two romance, three paranormal, and one fantasy fiction.
“Living with Vampires” follows the first books in the series — “Loving the Vampire” and “Vale of Vampires.”
In the new book native Vermonter Jenna McArdle is caught up in a world of vampires, vampire hunters, and wolves in a desolate New York. And now the Vampire of Manhattan is back in the city and he wants only one thing — Jenna.
Kepner also has been a librarian at the Peterborough Town Library for 32 years.
This event is free and all are welcome.
