The last time WLC faced Epping in softball, errors were the Warriors’ undoing. But last Friday, WLC played a solid defensive game, while Epping booted the ball around, and the Warriors came away with a relatively easy 9-4 win.
Seniors Ally Schwab and Sara Holka each knocked in a pair of runs and scored three times apiece. Kassy Caveretta and Abby LeBlanc had two RBI each.
Holka pitched a complete game with four strikeouts.
WLC (6-3) has won four straight games. The Warriors travel to rival Portsmouth Christian (6-3) on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
