The ConVal Track and Field competed against Sanborn, Raymond, Hollis-Brookline, Goffstown, Pembroke and Epping on Tuesday. The boys finished thirrd as a team while the girls took the runner-up position, finishing behind host school Sanborn.

The boys were led by senior Steele Tamok who finished second in the 1600-meter run and doubled back to win the 3200-meter run.

Junior Liam Baldwin had a solid day winning the triple jump, placing second in the 300-meter hurdles and fourth in the discus.

The girls saw strong performances from Madeline Garland, who was second in the 200- and 400-meter dashes.

Clare Veverka had a solid day taking 3rd in the 400-meter dash and winning the 800- and 3200-meter runs.

Lauren Lebritton was first in the triple jump and second in the long jump.

The team heads to the Mascenic Saturday at 10 a.m. for an โ€œold-school meetโ€ on the Vikingsโ€™ dirt track.
