“Every player on the team showed improvement and mettle and determination,” said coach Tamara Vezina.”
Lizzie O’Rourke and Colleen Minnihan won in singles play, but ConVal lost 7-2.
“Very proud of these gracious, gritty, young ladies,” Vezina said.
ConVal (2-4) travels to Trinity (2-4) today at 4 p.m.
