Hancock, NH – Linda L. Evans, 80, of Hancock (Greenfield), NH, passed away at Catholic Medical Center on October 31, 2026. She was born on December 31, 1945, in Concord, NH, to William John and Ella Mae (Lee) Cochrane.
Linda’s greatest passions were, above all, her love for God, being a member of the Church of Christ for over 60 years, followed by spending time with her large family and many friends. She also was an avid small dog lover and enjoyed many of them over her lifetime. They brought great joy to her, and she enjoyed their companionship immensely. She was an avid reader, crossword puzzle enthusiast, and enjoyed spending time knitting and crocheting.
Linda is survived by her children, Aaron (Kathy) Evans, of Port Orange, FL, Matthew (Cheryl) Evans, of Hancock, Adam (Angel) Evans, of Francestown, John (Cheryl) Evans, of New Ipswich, and Irene (Mike) Bowman, of Milford; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Shayna Traveler, of North Carolina, and Steve Cochrane, of Canterbury, NH.
