A May Day festival will be held at High Mowing School on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The celebration, a collaboration between the school and the Temple-Wilton Community Farm, will begin with a Maypole dance on the oval with music on accordion by Leslie Vogel followed by a skit on Father Winter.

The Flying Gravity Circus will perform and offer interactive circus arts instruction for youth. Leslie Vogel will perform on accordion accompanied by The Youth and Community Fiddle Orchestra of Greenfield, a bluegrass and folk fiddling group.

There will be a pottery sale, childrenโ€™s games, obstacle course, and hay bale races, a petting zoo, and wagon rides, refreshments with a dessert cafe.

From noon to 1:30 p.m. a burrito bar with organic ingredients will be available for $8 per person.
