The ConVal track and field team traveled to Souhegan on Tuesday afternoon.

Junior Trevor Hanley finished 5th in the 200 meter dash, with junior Dylan Coyne in 8th and freshman Carter Hunt in 9th.

Hunt also finished 4th in the 400 meter dash. 

Hanley finished fourth in the long jump.

Junior Liam Baldwin was fourth in the intermediate hurdles and second in the triple jump, missing first by just one inch.

Senior Dalton Coyne won the  1,600 meter run, and came in second in the 800 meter run, with Tamok behind him in 4th.

Sophomore Ryan Murray was second in the shotput; freshman Nick Bernier was 6th.

Murray was also 4th in the discus throw, where Baldwin finished 5th. Murray finished his day with a second-place finish in the javelin. Sophomore Michael Post finished third in that event.

On the girls’ side, sophomore Madeline Garland finished 4th in the 200 meter dash. Junior Lucy Freeman finished 8th.

Freshman Clare Veverka finished second in the 400 meter dash; sophomore Hannah Payne was 7th and Emma Brown was 8th. 

Senior Lily Pabo won the pole vault and came in second in the 100 meter hurdles. 

Senior Lauren LeBritton was fouth in long jump and high jump, and second in triple jump.

The Cougar girls destroyed the throwing events, as Rhiannon Bell, Savanna Hall and Isabelle Leahigh went 1-2-3 in the shotput, Bell and Hall went 1-2 in the discus and Fenia Benet-Higgins and Leahigh went 1-2 in javelin.

ConVal is off until April 30, when they travel to Coe-Brown.
