New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. has announced two key leadership appointments: Cassie Clark as vice president of finance and administration, and Jason Racine as general manager of NHBB’s Astro Division.
Clark joined NHBB in 2023 as director of finance and administration. She brings 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and financial operations management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Racine brings more than 20 years of experience in plant management, operations, continuous improvement, and leadership. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in resource economics, Racine earned an MBA from Franklin Pierce University and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt in Lean processes.
