Hancock Congregational Church, 47 Main St. in Hancock, will host “Journey to Bethlehem” Sunday, Dec. 11, from 2 to 4 p.m.
Attendees will travel back in time into a living story, a journey along the streets of Bethlehem, following the star, in search of the baby Jesus. They will meet characters from the community and have the chance to haggle with Herod, talk with the shepherds around a warm fire and pet the sheep, muse with the Magi and visit the Holy Family in the manger. People can read the story along the way and interact with the characters.
The event is free.
