I have been reading the Trump/Clinton letters and have thus far kept quiet. I wanted Bernie, but I will do as he now asks and support Clinton. I despise Donald Trump and everything he stands for: misogyny, bigotry, isolationism, and his unabashed admiration of dictators.
Yet, I have bit my tongue until I saw Brian Somero’s assertion that Hillary is “Christianity-phobic!” Let’s see, she is still married to her one and only husband, despite his failings, was an apparently good mother and role model to Chelsea, and wants to take in the people fleeing the horrors of the Middle East, just to mention a few things.
Trump’s horrendous marital history is well known, his “children” seem cut from the same entitled cloth as he is, he wants to bring back water-boarding, deport hundreds of thousands of people, and ban immigrants based on religion or country of origin… some day he may hear the well-known words “Whatsoever you did to these least of my people, you did it to me.”
But he is a “Christian” and Hillary is Anti-Christian, I begin to think his supporters don’t really know what Christian means.
