A community-wide choir celebrates the Winter Solstice through song and spoken word in the Peterborough Unitarian Universalist Church Sanctuary on Saturday, Dec. 21, from 7 to 8 p.m.

This beautiful work, written by Julie Forest Middleton and Stasia Morgan-Appel, combines original and collected contemporary songs which celebrate the longest night, and welcome the return of the light.

It is suitable for all ages. Audience participation is encouraged.

The event is free and open to the public. Peterborough Unitarian Universalist Church is accessible.
