The Friends of the Jaffrey Library will host their monthly book donation day on Saturday, July 11, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Bean Room on the library’s main level. Volunteers will be accepting gently used books to restock the library’s ongoing sales shelves.

Organizers are seeking recent fiction, mysteries, and newer nonfiction in good condition, with no writing, tears, or stains. The library cannot accept magazines, encyclopedias, textbooks, travel guides, or outdated medical, financial, and computer books.

Proceeds from the book sales—located on the library’s main and lower levels—directly fund vital community resources, including mobile hotspots and genealogical databases.

Donations are exclusively accepted on the second Saturday of each month. Members of the public are strictly requested not to leave donation bags or boxes with library staff or in the outdoor book drop.
