Bar Harbor Bank & Trust recently recognized Elaine Donaway of Peterborough as a recipient of the Bank’s Brand Behavior Awards for the second half of 2025.
Donaway received the Accountability Award, which honors employees who take ownership of their actions and decisions with both colleagues and customers. The awards are presented biannually to employees who exemplify the Bank’s core values of positivity, accountability, communication, and teamwork.
A senior commercial loan assistant, Donaway joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in 2021 and works in the Peterborough office. Employees are nominated for the Brand Behavior Awards by their peers, with winners selected by an anonymous employee committee.
