Savings Bank of Walpole has elected Elana Baron and Jonathan Wildes to its Board of Directors, furthering the bank’s focus on local leadership and community representation.
Baron is a partner at Bragdon, Baron & Kossayda in Keene and also serves as counsel with Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. She has more than two decades of legal experience in real estate, probate and elder law, civil litigation and corporate law. She is licensed in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts and is a Certified Estate Planner. Her community involvement includes service on the boards of the Monadnock Center for Violence Prevention, Monadnock Humane Society and the Keene Family YMCA.
Wildes is a Finance Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management leader at PwC, where he advises CFOs on finance operations, process improvement and technology initiatives. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial analytics, strategy and process optimization and works with organizations on adopting updated financial practices.
Jason Houston, chair of the SBW Board of Directors, said Baron and Wildes bring experience that will support the bank’s work in the Monadnock Region.
