Who pays for grants?
Interesting that grant money is seen as not costing us money, as it is coming from grants. Are those grants coming from the wealthy or from a government source? If it is the wealthy, that is nice to be granting grants; on the other hand, how could that money be used for the best programs? If a government source provides grants, then that money comes from all of us. Ultimately, someone is paying for the free money handed out to those who apply.
How deep does it go to see the actual source of funds distributed to applicants? Grants help organizations and individuals with expenditures that they cannot cover. How can we find a way for grants that can help in many situations for the betterment of our society? Are these grants too limited for aiding in situations that can be lifesaving in living versus for embellishing what is already occurring?
