The Friends of the Hancock Town Library will hold their annual book sale fundraiser beginning Friday, Aug. 14, at the Hancock Town Library.
The sale features thousands of hardcover and paperback books, as well as CDs and DVDs, with standard prices set at $2 for hardbacks and $1 for paperbacks.
An Early Bird Sale opens the event on Friday, Aug. 14, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., offering free admission for members of the Friends of the Hancock Town Library and $15 entry for non-members. The sale continues with free public admission on Saturday, Aug. 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in conjunction with Old Home Day.
A $5 bag sale begins Sunday, Aug. 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., allowing shoppers to fill library-provided bags for a single price. The bag sale will run through regular library hours from Monday, Aug. 17, to Thursday, Aug. 20, with all remaining items offered free of charge on the final day.
