Monadnock Habitat for Humanity has named four new members to its board of directors as the organization expands its regional homebuilding efforts.

The new appointees are:

  • Kathleen Lamendola, an affordable housing program manager with Southwestern Community Services, who will serve as board secretary.
  • Raleigh Ormerod, a former Keene city councilor and corporate executive.
  • Christina Perkins, a healthcare technology leader and active volunteer on Habitat’s partner family committee.
  • Brittany Lehr, a Salesforce solution architect who also serves on the partner family committee.

The appointments come as the affiliate works toward constructing four affordable homes for local families over the next two years. Current projects include two single-family homes on Old Walpole Road and a planned two-family duplex in Keene.

Founded in 1991, Monadnock Habitat for Humanity provides affordable homeownership opportunities in the Monadnock Region through volunteer labor, community donations, and zero-interest mortgages.
