Monadnock Community Hospital will launch a new Core4 Weight Management Program beginning the week of June 22, offering adults a structured approach to nutrition, wellness and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Led by registered dietitians, the 12-week program focuses on long-term healthy habits rather than restrictive diets. Participants will receive individualized nutrition counseling, weekly group education and support sessions, personalized goal setting and an extended maintenance support period following the program.

The Core4 program is built around four pillars: eating, exercise, education and energy.

The program is intended for adults seeking weight management support, healthier eating habits, improved wellness or reduced risk factors associated with chronic disease.

The fee is $250, with financial assistance available for qualifying participants. Payments may be made by check or money order.

More information and registration details are available at Core4-weight-management2606.EventBrite.com.
