Landfill Into A Solar Array
I want to commend the town of Jaffrey for thinking creatively about clean energy. Working with ReVision Energy, a New Hampshire-based solar company, it is turning a former landfill into a solar array that will enable people in about 250 low- and moderate-income households to get power at a lower rate.
As reported in the Keene Sentinel on May 18, “The project is set to be a win-win for the town, utility customers, and the planet.”
