Celebrating a dedication

It was Thursday, June 13, 1895, when Ingalls Memorial Library held its dedication. This was 131 years ago. The following statement is from the introduction by Herbert Ingalls at the dedication: “The anniversaries of births and of weddings are fitly celebrated with gladness and with gifts. On how many annually recurring dates come tender recollections of dear ones dead!”

The anniversary of the library dedication always coincides with NH Gives. Please consider celebrating the dedication’s anniversary by participating in the Ingalls 1894 Association’s  NH Gives campaign: nhgives.org/organizations/ingalls-1894-association

A gift to the Ingalls 1894 Association perpetuates this original vision and will carry us forward to maintain strength for our building for the future.
