A Francestown man is facing charges after a fatal crash Friday on Route 149 in Deering, according to police.
Hillsborough police and fire personnel responded to the scene at about 4:37 p.m. and found that a southbound vehicle had left the roadway, rolled over and struck a pedestrian.
The victim, Matilde Mejia, 75, was standing at the end of her driveway and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The driver, Henry Proctor, 35, was taken to Concord Hospital with injuries that were not immediately known.
Police said Proctor is facing multiple charges, including negligent homicide and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
