I want to acknowledge, support and compliment Mitch Gluck on his article in the March 10 Ledger-Transcript edition: Education Funding: A Call for Change.” His straightforward and easy-to-understand perspective is refreshing. He points out how the state’s refusal to follow the courts’ ruling is having and will continue to have a devastating impact on public education. I will add that the Education Freedom Account movement compounds this issue by redirecting taxpayer money from public to private education. Please consider all of this and more as crucial voting days approach.
