One is logical, considered and cogent; the other is crazy. I prefer the one who is sane.
It is impossible to overstate the damage this deranged reality TV actor is causing to our country. He is single-handedly destroying the primacy of America on the world stage. The USA is no longer the leader of the free world; that ship has sailed.
Our Truth Social posting proto-emperor is showing clear signs of dementia. One doesn’t require frequent cognitive tests unless basic brain functions are in decline. Doesn’t anyone in his government have the (spine, courage) to send grandpa off to a good home where he can’t hurt himself and others?
He is surrounded by sycophants who are dependent on his largess because they are mostly unqualified for the cabinet positions they hold; so they will not invoke the 25th Amendment. This is a situation our forefathers could not have foreseen. We have no mechanism to deal with this.
What are we to do? We have, to mix metaphors, the proverbial bull in the china shop that needs to be taken by the horns.
