The Peterborough Democrats will host a listening session with New Hampshire House Reps. Peter Leishman, Jonah Wheeler, Molly Howard and Wendy Thomas on Thursday, Dec. 18, beginning at 6 p.m. The event will take place in the 1833 Room at the Peterborough Town Library.
The session is part of a series of listening events initiated by Rep. Thomas of Merrimack. The Peterborough gathering will be the 50th listening session held statewide since Thomas introduced the format. The sessions are designed to give constituents an chance to voice concerns to elected officials in a structured, community-focused setting.
Organizers emphasize that the event is not a campaign rally or traditional town hall. It is intended as a respectful space for dialogue, where participants can share personal experiences, build trust, and help inform future organizing and policy discussions.
Attendance is limited due to room capacity. Community members are asked to RSVP by emailing Pbrodems@gmail.com to reserve a seat.
The event is not sponsored by the Peterborough Town Library.
