At the annual Thanksgiving breakfast at Franklin Pierce University, local Rotarians recognized two holiday charities, Santa’s House and Rindge Operation Santa, that help provide hundreds of toys and games to children in the region.
Kathleen Batchelder of Santa’s House in Jaffrey shared stories of families who would “go without” during the holidays without community support. Marilyn Grisha of Rindge Operation Santa, who is retiring after 14 years of service, also received a donation from Rotary Charitable Giving Chair Gail Therriault.
