The Monadnock Ledger-Transcript and the Monadnock Center for History and Culture will host a Community Conversation on solar power Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Monadnock Center.

The discussion will focus on how communities can collaborate to support new solar projects and increase access to solar energy by eliminating barriers and providing education and support.

“Conversation starters” will speak briefly, followed by audience questions and insights for the remainder of the hour. The following Viewpoints preview the speakers’ presentations. Speakers include:

  • Dan Weeks, vice president of commercial business at Revision Energy and employee-owner.
  • Jennifer Runyon, energy efficiency consultant at Eversource.
  • Gabe Chelius, small business energy circuit rider at Clean Energy NH.

The event is free and open to the public.
