The Park Theatre will host its Halloweenie Weekend celebration Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, with spooky decorations, animatronic characters and classic horror films.
The event begins Friday, Oct. 31, with Jaffrey’s downtown trick-or-treating from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by live music from Eve Pierce in The Haunted Lounge from 6 to 8 p.m. Screenings of the 1935 film “The Bride of Frankenstein” and the 1959 classic “The House on Haunted Hill” start at 7.
Saturday, Nov. 1, features two showings of “Corpse Bride” (2005) at 2 and 6:30 p.m., and “The Screaming Skull” (1959) at 7 p.m. Those attending can take photos with animatronic recreations of Emily and Victor from “Corpse Bride,” enjoy themed decorations and enter raffles for prizes.
