Celebrating Case Management Appreciation Week
As we celebrate Case Manager Appreciation Week, I would like to take a moment to recognize and thank the dedicated case managers or service coordinators at MDS and throughout the community. Their tireless efforts often go unseen, yet they play a vital role in guiding individuals and families through complex support systems to create person-centered plans and services to meet their individual goals and live productive and meaningful lives in their communities.
Case managers serve as coordinators of service, community connectors, and provide strong advocacy for the individuals and families they support. Their dedication ensures that people receive not only the services they need but also the dignity, respect, and support they deserve. Their work improves lives every day, and for that, they deserve our deepest gratitude.
To all case managers: thank you for your professionalism, your compassion, and your unwavering commitment to the people you serve.
