Residents turned out Saturday to decorate the town for October during TEAM Jaffreyโ€™s annual Scarecrows on the Common event.

Families and businesses created scarecrows, which are now on display along Main Street and Route 202 in what has become a town tradition.

In addition to making scarecrows, residents explored vendor booths and enjoyed live music by Witts End in the common gazebo.
