Downtown Peterborough will celebrate First Friday on Oct. 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. with shopping, art and live music.
Depot Square and Main Street merchants will stay open late, offering specials and refreshments. The Union Sound Trio will perform in Depot Square, with music moving indoors to Twelve Pine in case of rain.
Highlights include the new Blue Fern Gallery open house, exhibits at the Peterborough Town Library, an open house at MAXT Makerspace and live music at Monadnock Country Club.
MacDowell Downtown also presents “Code & Canvas” with Brent Watanabe at the library at 7:30 p.m.
The evening offers a family-friendly chance to explore local businesses, galleries and restaurants.
