Members of some of the last classes ever to graduate from Antrim High school reunited on Saturday, Sept. 13.

Antrim High School closed in 1969, when Antrim joined the ConVal district. ConVal High School opened in 1970.

“We had a great time reminiscing and seeing each other, and plan on doing it again in 2027,” said Ruth Brzozowski Richardson.

In high school tradition, the group voted in superlatives for alumni in attendance.

Farthest traveled: Bob Wood, who came from Florida to attend.

Most senior person in attendance: Carolyn Gilmore, Class of 1955.

Least senior person: Carole Bryer

Most grandchildren: Carole Beauchamp (10 grandchildren).

Most great-grandchildren: Carole Beauchamp

Most great-great grandchildren: Bob Wood

Most eligible bachelor: Hal Grant

Most eligible bachelorette: Carolyn Gilmore

Married the longest: Skip and Shirley Sweeney, married 59 3/4 years.
